Hosted by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), "Create Your District" Competition 2024 aims at encouraging students to explore the rich history, cultural traditions and the urban development of To Kwa Wan Area in Kowloon City District. It encourages students to showcase their creativity by designing an ideal community for the To Kwa Wan Area. The winner can receive generous prizes!

The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is composed of around 11,000 members, including over 7,600 corporate members. HKIS work includes setting professional services and performance standards, establishing codes of ethics, determining requirements for admission as professional surveyors, and encouraging members to upgrade skills through continuing professional development. HKIS has an important consultative role in government policy making relating to the built environment and development cycle, which includes land planning and development, building design, construction, building usage and operation, etc.
