The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is composed of more than 10,000 members, including over 7,000 corporate members. HKIS work includes setting professional services and performance standards, establishing codes of ethics, determining requirements for admission as professional surveyors, and encouraging members to upgrade skills through continuing professional development. HKIS also performs a consultative role in government policy making and on issues affecting the profession.
