Hosted by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), ‘’Create Your District” Competition 2026 aims at encouraging students to explore the characteristics, development and potential of Tsuen Wan District. It encourages students to showcase their creativity by designing an ideal community for Tsuen Wan. The winner can receive generous prizes!

The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is composed of over 11,400 members, including more than 8,300 corporate members. HKIS’ work includes setting standards for professional services and performance, establishing codes of ethics, determining requirements for admission as professional surveyors, and encouraging members to upgrade their skills through continuing professional development. HKIS plays an important consultative role in government policy making relating to the built environment and development cycle, including land planning and development, construction, property management and housing-related issues.
